Tickets: €6,50 standard price which may vary when if there is an axhibition. A collection of works that illustrate the history and culture of Rome between the 17th and 19th century.


The Roman Museum in Trastevere

Tikets: €3,00 €5,50 when there is an exhibition.

The Capitolini Museum and Picture Gallery

The Doria Pamphilj Gallery

The National Gallery of Ancient Art - Barberini Palace

Guided tours at the Noble floor which holds the rooms with collections from the 16th century and the P. da Cortona room with collections from the 17th century, every Sun. At 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.Please call to verify avaliability. Artist from"the italian School" from the 14th until the 19th century and the 18th century apartments.


The Borghese Gallery and Museums

Piazza Scipione Borghese, 5. Tel.06/8413979. Reservation obbligatory. Opening hours: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.- 1 p.m.- 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (visit of two hours) closed on Mondays. Tickets: €8,50; reservation €2,00. One of the most important collections of its kind. Most famous is the collection of paintings, the sculptures by Bernini and the Paolina Borghese by Canova. 


The National Gallery of Modern Art

Via delle Belle Arti, 131. Tel.06/32298221. Opening hours: 8.30 a.m. - 7.30 p.m. Ticket office open till 6.45 p.m., closed on Mondays. Tickets: €6.50 with exhibition €9,00. A large collection of italian works of art from the 19th century until today.


A boat ride on the Tiber

There are three different mini cruise tours on the Tiber river: The commentary cruise, 1 hour and 10 min. ticket: €12. When: Wed. - Sun. at 11 a.m., 12.30 a.m., 4 p.m. and 5.30 p.m. Dinner Cruise. Dinner served on board, 2 hours and 15 min, cost: €53. When: Thu. Fri. and Sat. at 9 p.m. Wine Bar cruise, with a wine bar on board, different cheeses and salamis, wine and dessert is served. 2 hours and 15 min. Cost: €30. When: Thu. Fri. and Sat. 9 p.m. Another boat ride connects Ponte Marconi to Ostia Antica, where is possible to make a visit to the excavations. Tickets: €13. When: From Friday to Sunday (for individuals), from Tue. to Sun. (for groups). Only departure from Ponte Marconi 10 a.m., only departure from Ostia Antica 2 p.m. The traditional Boat line: Mon. and Tue. every 2 hours, from Wed. till Sun every hour. When: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. – 5.55 p.m. Cost: €1 (Mon. – Fri until 2 p.m.); €3 (Fri after 4 p.m. - Sun.)


Tiber II

A mini cruise on the Tiber at night, with dinner, live music and dancing on the Tiber from the Ponte Umberto I bridge to the Ponte Duca d'Aosta bridge and back. When: Wed. Fri. Sat. and Sun. 8 p.m. – midnight.
